Abstract :
An analytic process to support faculty development useful in the selection process of the most appropriate candidates is presented. It provides a flexible procedural method that can be adjusted to varying conditions and needs of different institutions. It can be utilized to quantify the criteria for evaluations according to the requirements of the institute. The application of the process is illustrated considering a simple problem of choosing the most appropriate candidate
