An open platform for distributed, scalable and adaptive interactive applications for CE devices

This paper presents our platform for developing interactive applications for consumer electronic devices that have the ability to scale and adapt to the device look and feel. The platform provides a realization of the remote user interface metaphor, having the application logic on one device and the user interfaces exported on remote devices. As an example, we provide a demonstration of a multi-user distributed Texas Hold´em application.
