Abstract :
This paper focuses on explaining a semantic description method of the knowledge element in information resource. The method takes full account of the relationship between knowledge elements and knowledge concepts, and uses the Web technology and ontology technology to semantically annotate the knowledge element. In addition, this paper gives an example to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the method. It is helpful to solve the problem of low use ratio of information resources because of being not effectively managed.
