Abstract :
An efficient method for solving the sound radiation from a fluid-loaded simply supported baffled rectangular plate has been concerned, the tradition way of solving the modal radiation impedance contains complex multiple integral, a new method for rapidly calculating the discrete sound impedance matrix are proposed. Firstly the plate surface is discretized into several equal circular pistons, then the fluid-loaded pressure of the plate were obtained numerically. Combined with The modal expanding method the fluid-structure interaction appears to be very well described, finally the result of the proposed method was validate by compared to the FEM method.
