Abstract :
Aiming at the limitation of retrieving and extracting the most satisfying components in the component library, data mining technology was applied to retrieve component in the paper. Firstly, how to use the application of classification method decision-tree-based to the component reuse was discussed. Secondly, we the idea to apply data mining technology to the management of software component was proposed, which provided auxiliary decision support to the relevant personnel of the component library. Thirdly, an applied model of software component retrieval management by data mining technology was built. Lastly, the model had been verified through experiment, thus the feasibility and validity of this strategy had been verified.
