Abstract :
The normal processes used to manage oil involve its maintenance. The maintenance processes used, including filtration and regeneration, are being looked at by the UK Environment Agency as activities that potentially could need a waste management licence or an exemption from waste management licensing. Here, the author presents a short overview of the options and legal requirements for waste oil disposal
