  • Abstract
The safety investment and benefit of coal has two characteristics: fuzziness and gray character. Considering the limited consideration of safety investment of coal, a mathematic method based on fuzzy-gray relational degree is proposed, a synthesized relational degree is formed by connecting the gray relational degree and Oushi distance of fuzzy sets. Based on the contents as concept of coal mining safety input and its components and classification are put forward, which is closely combined with coal enterprises. According to fuzzy-gray relational sequence model, based on stated-own coal enterprises, It is concluded that, safety-technique input is the most important factor to safety investment and benefit, the ordering is industrial health investment, safety education input, labor insurance supplies investment. The example shows that the improved method is simply practical and accurate.
