  • Abstract
    We have fabricated organic thin film transistors (TFTs) and integrated circuits on flexible polymeric substrates with solution-processed polymer gate dielectric layers and obtained transistors with excellent electrical characteristics, as well as 5-stage ring oscillators with signal propagation delay as low as 22 /spl mu/sec per stage. To our knowledge, these are the fastest integrated circuits with organic transistors on flexible substrates reported to date.
