Abstract :
Roadheader the walking mechanism is a very important component, It bears a boring machine cutting arm in the case of telescopic drilling without cutting feed motion, and the whole machine forward, backward, turning, and other sportsthis paper analyzes the composition of TBM travel agencies, through the electro-hydraulic proportional valve and hydraulic motor operating principle of the analysis, the boring machine and the hydraulic motor structure and electro-hydraulic proportional valve mathematical model, Through the electro-hydraulic proportional valve current control, achieve the flow control to control the speed of boring machine. Through the electro-hydraulic proportional valve current control, achieve the flow control to control the speed of boring machine. will benefit TBM walking control system.
