Abstract :
Under this condition of asp flooding, in order to determine the scale of asp flooding and composition, to investigate scaling mechanism, we take experimental area´s scale samples to analyze. Taking the concentration data of silica and alumina ions in produced liquid to provide reference for the determination of scaling condition and the development of scale inhibitor. We study the influence of temperature for scaling and determine the temperature range of scaling. By investigating the influence of silica, alumina concentration and proportion on scaling to determine the concentration of silicon, aluminum ion ratio when scaling. In order to examine the changes of concentration of the ions after injection asp flooding, we study the forming mechanism of scaling in the process of asp flooding and carry out the core dissolution test.
