Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to strengthen the role of core competence in the strategic management and its support. The study represented in this article is a qualitative discussion and a new conceptual model has been evaluated. It is done from three lays, the phase of strategic management, the step of core competence and the level of managers. The qualitative and strategic management model could help organizational members to analyze corporation´s current position, to reach more competitive strategies, and evaluate/change strategies effectively.
