Abstract
Leachate from gangue is known as the main pollutants source to mining area soil and groundwater pollution. Long term leaching experiment are carried out to seek the long term effect on leachate chemistry of gangue under long term exposure to rainfall and atmosphere. Gangue from Xishan coal mine is used for long term dynamic leachate to analyze and compare the changes of the various metal ions in leachate in different water supply conditions. The results show the obvious changes of the component during the first week of the experiment, and the release rate and amount of leachate components are much lower under the conditions of continuous leaching. With the increasing of leachate time, the leachate components are tended to reach a balance and there are almost the same changes tendencies under the two different water supple conditions.
