Abstract :
We discuss the disturbance decoupling problem by regular feedback for nonlinear singular time-varying systems. We derive a new algorithm. By using the algorithm, sufficient and necessary conditions for the solvability of the disturbance decoupling problem for nonlinear singular time-varying systems are derived
