Abstract :
This paper presents experimental results of the modeling, identification and control of an air conditioning system. The process has been decomposed in two subsystems connected in series with a natural feedback. It has been identified by the model based method using Marquardt´s algorithm. The controller system is a “two-interwoven-loops” where a classical internal model based controller has been synthesized for the inner loop and a continuous generalised predictive control (CGPC) based controller has been synthesized for the outer loop
