Abstract :
In this paper, we demonstrate the compact single-chip integration of a 16-ch AWG demultiplexer and a multiplexer with variable attenuators, micro-mirrors, and photodetectors, employing stacked integration techniques. We also describe a technique for tuning AWG transmission characteristics
