Abstract :
Optically transparent mesh networks have attributes that pose a challenge making quantitative measurements in a laboratory environment. In this paper, we describe some of these attributes and suggest methods to make meaningful experimentation. We also indicate situations that are typically encountered DWDM mesh networks
