This paper uses potter\´s "diamond model", from factors of production, demand condition, relevant supporting industry, enterprise strategy, structure and competition, the opportunities, the government role in aluminum industry development prospects of henan province was analyzed, and from strengthening research innovation ability and clusterization strategy, pay attention to the brand construction, to broaden the financing channels of aluminum industry in henan province is given of the development of future planning proposal.
