Abstract
This article presents power distribution characteristic of a concentric cylindrical cavity-backed slot applicator. Integral equations of current density on the waveguide and slot apertures are formulated and solved by moment method. Then, current densities, wave functions and electric field are calculated, subsequently. Numerical results are illustrated to describe characteristics of this applicator. It is found that the power distributions of this applicator, at various slot lengths and inner radius, in a particular material, are different. Hence, it must be carefully designed subjecting to a particular application
