This article expounds and analyzes the basic opinions of language acquisition and learning, language acquisition and language input, foreign language learning models etc, discloses common features and learning process during human acquiring a language through analyzing the theory of language acquisition and applied psychology of linguistics so as to promote the foreign language teaching.
