  • Abstract
    The discrete mode matching method (DMM) has been developed as a numerical procedure well suited for the analysis of planar or conformal multilayer structures with arbitrarily shaped metallisations in the interfaces. An overview of the method is given and its advantages are demonstrated for several examples
