Abstract :
The paper aims to introduce an efficient energy system development strategy in electric utility long term planning under uncertainty considerations. The main focus is given as introduction of the nuclear power in Estonian power system under uncertain conditions considering long-term CO2 price and capital costs of possible nuclear power plant.
