Abstract :
Knowledge transfer in school-enterprise cooperation of vocational education is based on the knowledge dissemination and application. We present a knowledge space with two dimensions according to knowledge characteristics in vocational education. Based on this space, we also analyze the process of knowledge transfer at individual and organizational level, as well as knowledge contexts that correspond with the process of knowledge transfer.
