Research on the basic concept and evaluation index system of SMEs ecological health

In this paper we put forward the basic concept of SMEs Ecological Health by means of the principle of ecology. In doing so, we analyze the reasonable structure of SMEs community, the a biotic environment of good quality, high-efficient productivity and the mechanism of scientific coordinated management which are all included in the connotation of SMEs Ecological Health. On the basis of the connotation, we construct the evaluation index system of SMEs Ecological Health including three structure frames of target layer, rule layer and index layer.
