Abstract :
In this paper, according to the structure and the principle of supply power of rotary steerable drilling system, the method of contactless power transfer is presented, which is used to transfer power from rotary steerable drilling tool to the guidance system. Resolver is a vital part of contactless power transfer system. Power frequency is one of the important parameters, which effect power transfer efficiency and output voltage of resolver. By MATLAB software, they are calculated, which are the relationship curve between power frequency and the transfer efficiency of resolver, and the relationship curve between power frequency and output voltage of resolver. It is definite, which is the optimal work frequency of rotary steerable drilling tool. The optimal work frequency is conducive to improving the efficiency of the rotary steerable drilling system.
