Using multimedia network technology to boost higher vocational English teaching

Teachers and students use multimedia network technology very often in their everyday life in China and the technology is being used in education commonly internationally. Multimedia network technology used in higher vocational English teaching can arouse the interests of students in English learning, benefit their individualized development and benefit the building up of the student-centered teaching idea as well. In order to use well of the multimedia network technology in higher vocational English teaching, teachers are required to further their study to improve their teaching adaptive ability, colleges are required to build diversified interactive modes to boost the students´ listening and speaking, and make full use of the multimedia & network resources to upgrade the students´ reading and writing. And thus the students will probably be able to fit themselves in using English in their future workplaces.
