Abstract :
The pollution would be made during the procession of Soy Protein Concentrate. In the waste of SPC, there are protein due to defferrent alcohol destiny. To recovery them effectively, the paper studied systematically the effect of different alcohol concentrations on the molecular weight of soybean protein concentrate in the extraction which was determined by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and dissolution ratio. The curves of protein dissolution and electrophoresis atlas were investigated, which resulted in appropriated processing condition and provided theoretical basis for the development of reproducing extraction and retrieving protein. It was shown that when the alcohol destiny was 65%, the dissolution ratio of waste protein was 3.6% and the molecular weight was between 20,000-30,000.
