Business intelligence design on the company

The purpose of this research is to analyze the working system on PT. XYZ used as information in order to create a business intelligence application and to design a business intelligence application which could give out information on the given module, forecasting changes in business sectors, and optimizing performance on the corporation entirely on each sector. The research method used includes book study, analysis method, and design method based on Carlo Vercelli´s book. The results aimed are so that the executive of PT. XYZ can easily obtain information used for decision making from the existing information and to monitor the corporation performance. The conclusion of this research is that business intelligence could produce forecasting, alert, trend, data mining and reporting which is become important information to look at the corporation performance, and to assist the executives to monitor the work of corporation on selling, purchasing and storage that will help decision making.
