Abstract
A novel packetized predictive control scheme for power control of the CDMA systems is developed. The wireless power control systems with channel parameter uncertainty and random round-trip time delay are investigated in the study. The mechanism of the packetized predictive control is developed. The predictive control law is derived and the on-line estimation of the channel parameter is discussed. The simulation is carried out using the method, which performance is compared with other algorithms, showing the validity of the presented method.
