Abstract
Online services market segmentation is the important basis and precondition of electronic commerce while electronic commerce is the key for services enterprise to success. With the focus on how to segmenting Online services market, meet Online customers´ needs and increase profits, this paper presents the principles and application of Online services market segmentation, which are applied to analyze the online services market. Operating market segmentation strategy is a way of achieving competitive advantage for service enterprise, but there are kinds of risks inherent in Online services market segmentation. So, nowadays pay much attention to Online services market segmentation risk becomes the first important matter to electronic commerce service enterprise, by analyzing the connotation, variety, feature and forms of Online services market segmentation risks, the author probes into the concept and cause of Online services market segmentation risks, and the protection and solution of these risks have been given to reduce that risk. The fuzzy general estimation should been adopted to estimate the Online services market segmentation risk.
