Abstract
In this paper, we present the concept of a real-time Single-Station Location (SSL) system under consideration by Ebor Computing. The aim of the proposed development is to demonstrate the capability of the Single-Station Location system as a valuable add-on module to a High-Frequency direction finding system. Both model-based and real-time ionosphere data are acquired and these data are then further processed by using numerical integration and novel image-processing algorithms for SSL applications. The SSL system is to be validated using signals from a real-time High-Frequency direction finding system.
