Abstract :
As one of the researches adopting human brain functions, knowledge reconfiguring strategy was investigated and proposed for developing more efficient decision making system. In this paper, dasiaConceptual Distancepsila was defined as a logical distance which is determined by several fundamental factors and importance weight and Self Organizing knowledge network System and its reconfiguring strategy was designed. The proposed system was applied to the geography information model and experimented.
