Abstract

It need provide an automated negotiation method in the management information system (MIS) based on E-Hubs. This paper provides a blueprint of the E-Hubs arena. Conceptual specification of functional system, comprising the selection of core E-Hubs services and definition of basic hosting platform of the E-Hubs realization business development plan, Conceptual framework for Management Information System designs based on E-hubs, brings forward users automated negotiation workflow based on agent, presents the automated negotiation mathematics expressions, and puts forward an high efficiency evaluation method of this expressions falling together utility function, multi-topics comparability calculated.
