Abstract :
This paper investigates the resistive switching behavior of electromagnetic PPy composite films with magnetic metal cobalt nanoparticles. A stable bipolar resistive switching behavior is observed from the XPS results which is due to the electric field force controlling the oxygen ion mobility between Co electrode and PPy films.
