Abstract :
In this study, in order to see the effect of lattice mismatch between FePt thin films and single crystal substrates on the magnetization process, FePt thin films have been fabricated on MgAl2O4 (MAO) and MgO single crystalline substrates and their structure, magnetic properties and magnetic domain structure have been investigated.
