Abstract :
This paper describes a novel compact 2 GHz band duplexer using triple mode dielectric resonators for digital cellular base stations, proposing high Q dielectric resonator technique which utilizes TM110-x, TM110-y and TE01δ modes. We have designed and made a 2 GHz band duplexer using triple mode resonators, where the Tx and Rx bandpass filters that have 6 poles and low insertion loss of about 0.7 dB and high attenuation. Outer dimension of the duplexer is 115×115×45 mm3
