Abstract :
This paper proposes a reference frame transformation method which applies appropriate rotational operators to the block diagram representation of a converter space vector model to transform it from one reference frame to another. Unlike reference frame transformation using matrices, it can easily be applied to converter models of average complexity. A table of reference frame transform pairs and three examples are provided to demonstrate the use of this method. Time domain simulation results are used to validate the reference frame transformation in each example
