Abstract :
With the aim of revenue maximization of e-business website through resource optimization allocation of e-business system, a framework of client-class based resource optimization allocation is proposed based on which FCM clustering algorithm as well as a validity index for fuzzy clustering is used for client classification in terms of the clients´ attributes such as revenue contribution level to the website. With the membership matrix and the client classification matrix generated by cluster analysis, dynamic programming and an optimization algorithm for resource allocation proposed are utilized for the allocation of the currently available resources of the e-business system. Through the application of the framework and the algorithms proposed, resources of the e-business system are allocated to clients of different classes in a rational, efficient and optimized manner.
