Abstract :
The conceptions of the Collaboration and Collaborative Effect are introduced in this paper at the beginning, and then we will give the meaning of the collaborative E-Business and present the functions it should possess. Based on these statements, we will point out the deficiencies of the BPEL4WS ebXML and RosettaNet E-Business standards that can realize collaboration among corporations to a certain degree through analysis. At the end, we will put forward a collaborative E-Business model in order to realizing inter-enterprise collaboration.
