  • Abstract
    We report on the fabrication of buried cannel waveguides in Sapphire crystals by 250-kHz high repetition rate ultrafast laser. The micro-fluorescence analysis generated by trace Cr3+ dopant is used to elucidate the micro-structural modifications.
