Abstract
This paper studies the coordination problem of a supply chain with one supplier and one retailer under demand disruptions. When the market scale and price sensitivity coefficient are disrupted by emergency accident in the planning horizon, the optimal strategies are obtained for different disruptions under the centralized mode. For the decentralized mode, it is proved that the supply chain can be coordinated by adjusting the wholesale price contract when disruptions occur.
