Abstract
Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) in diluted human serum was detected by using a novel amplitude-sensitive paired surface plasma waves biosensor (PSPWB). The detection limit on PSA concentration in diluted human serum at 61 pg/mL (2 pM) was demonstrated.
