Abstract :
This article presents the development of the mathematical model and simulation of the process of multiple effect evaporation. This process is used for obtaining sugar or ethanol from sugar cane. Development of the balances of mass and energy are the bases for the dynamic non lineal model. The model was developed in the virtual environment EcosimPro, which, is software for the modeling and simulation for algebraic equations differential. With the model we can emulate the process of evaporation and experiment with diverse conditions of work.
