Users´ Evaluation on Library Service Quality: A LibQUAL+ Empirical Study

Abstract :
Evaluation on library service quality is the first and key step to get a better library service quality and obtain readers´ satisfaction. A qualitative study with LibQUAL+trade is conducted here. With the analysis of 226 questionnaires, the characteristics of readers, evaluations of 24 indictors of 4 dimensions of library service quality of Zijingang library of Zhejiang University are summered as the conclusions. Also suggestions to improve the library service quality are put forward for practical use.
