Abstract :
Techniques of differential algebra are used to derive an observer-based controller applied to a class of continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR). A dynamical linearizing feedback controller is obtained on the basis of Fliess´ generalized observability canonical form (GOCF) and the Fliess´ generalized controllability canonical form (GCCF). Our controller actually achieves both stability and tracking by linearizing the tracking error. The controller is then of error-driven type. Numerical simulations are carried out with the overall control scheme to illustrate the methodology
