Abstract :
Power plant has a great influence on environment, especially making much pollution such as waste gas and wastewater. Enhancing environmental management of power plant is important. Pricing mode is related to the pollution behavior of power plant, so it is necessary to set up a new pricing mode that is benefit to environment protection. And it is a main measure to realize sustainable power development. In the paper, utility pricing is put forward. With game theory, analyze and compare the pricing behavior of power plant in general pricing and that in utility pricing. Through comparing, the conclusions are obtained: comparing with general pricing, utility pricing mode has more efficiency to motivate power plant to control pollution; utility pricing mode is benefit to motivate power plant to improve control efficiency; utility pricing mode is propitious to motivate power plant to publicize environment protect. So this pricing mode is benefit to coordinated development of power and environment.
