Abstract
The proposed paper is an effort to summarize the concept, design-framework and implementation of an Intelligent System for preliminary Cancer diagnosis. The system is designed to act as a proactive intelligent decision support system. The key features are; it´s self learning capability through knowledge approximation, and an internal Rough Fuzzified structure. The 8 page long paper describes the underlying theory, basic concepts, design and implementation of the said system. Also detailed are some preliminary diagnosis results and interpretations.
