Abstract :
Fault-tolerant convolution techniques have been described for polynomials defined over the fields of complex and real numbers. Fault-tolerant convolution schemes are derived for polynomials defined over finite integer rings. A new algorithm for simultaneous single fault correction and multiple fault detection is derived that is valid for all cases.
