  • Abstract
    In recent years, there is the soft magnetic composite (SMC) as a material replaced with the magnetic steel sheet which is the conventional stator material. There is the feature that manufacture with 3D stator structure is possible for SMC. We propose the stator structure which uses the feature of this SMC. It is the structure which cannot be conventionally manufactured with the magnetic steel sheet of material. Using the magnetic field analysis by 3-dimensional finite element method, we confirmed the usefulness of the structure to propose. And we actually measured and evaluated the motor of 3-dimensional structure which manufactured in the SMC.
