Abstract
This paper to mitigate the Ionospheric Scintillation effect during solar flare happen on 7th June 2011. This scintillation data recorded by dual-frequency GPS Receiver, GPS ionospheric scintillation and TEC monitored (GISTM) at UKM, Malaysia (2.55°N, 101.46°E). Parameters on this study will focus on the amplitude scintillation in between 18:00 LT until 00:00 LT; 06:00 pm to 12:00 am. Observation showed that after the post sunset until midnight, the scintillation index in strong scintillation level, S4 ≥ 0.4.
