Abstract
So far, the state-space averaging method has been used primarily for deriving the ac solution and identifying low-frequency models of switching power converters. This work extends the use of the state-space averaging method in the dc analysis area, especially in the area of methods for determining switching converter steady-state. A new efficient technique for determining converter steady-state based on the state-space averaging method and its implementation in fast simulation algorithms for switching power converters is discussed
